在25日举行的“2011年跨境人民币结算——支持企业跨境贸易和投资金融服务论坛”上，商务部财务司处长袁晓明说，人民币面临巨大的升值压力，中小企业融资成本不断上升，2010年，我国出口企业平均利润率为1.47%，低于工业企业平均利润水平。2011年1至2月，企业出口利润率进一步下降到1.44%。
