商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳日前表示，针对我国企业出口出现困难的问题，商务部下一步，还是将按照温总理在广交会期间提出的围绕“稳增长、调结构、促平衡”的方针开展工作。既支持国内企业克服困难，稳定出口增长，同时也将继续坚持扩大进口的方针，稳定进口增长。具体的措施主要有三个方面：一是保持外贸政策的基本稳定。二是继续调整和优化进出口商品结构，培育以技术、品牌、质量和服务为核心的外贸竞争新优势。三是积极扩大进口，推动外贸平衡发展。在这方面，商务部还会继续坚持两年来一直在推进的鼓励扩大进口的政策和措施，并且还将出台新的政策措施。
